• tap on “while using the app,” then double click.

• Tap Go Settings > Privacy >Permission Manager

• Privacy → Permission manager → Files and media → Show System 

• Package Disabler Pro → 

• Allow management of all files → allow

• Turn Off WiFi and Mobile data → > open Packages Disabler Pro App

• Tap → On WiFi / Data → ENABLE ADMIN → Activate → Agree

• Tap on Activate → Agree

• Tap On Retry 3/4 time and wait

• Search Android Setup → Disable → Clear Data

• Search "Samsung Setup Wizard → Clear Data

• Tap the Phone Back Button
